Tasks and Responsibilities
Be the agent of digital transformation of Brazilian subsidiary, building new digital capabilities, supporting people empowerment to work in new ways and keeping the organization up-to-date with latest tech trends and disruptive players
Strong acumen on data driven organizations to determine business decision
Experiment and incorporate new technologies that drive value to business, customers and patients
Incorporate and foster the business mindset to become a data-driven decision subsidiary
Establish a plan for utilizing innovation in advanced analytics/data science and new market research techniques to resolve business challenges, including the steps to move the innovation into the business insights operation.
Explore partnerships and opportunities with innovation ecosystem (e.g.
startups, innovation hubs and universities), and bring development opportunities to our subsidiary, business and employees
Enable identification of internal and external opportunities for better customer-centricity, flexibility and operating efficiency across the organization
Assemble and deploy agile teams to develop new structures and processes, foster connection, transparency and knowledge sharing
Provide training, coaching, and learning opportunities to encourage new behaviors
Ensure that programs and initiatives in different functions keep the customer's needs at the center
Establish networks and communities of interest and practice
Develop and embed agile capabilities and mindsets (experimentation, learning fast, collaboration, servant leadership)
Provide a living example of new ways of working, mindset and behaviors in practice
Keep a pulse on disruptive trends that indicate where digital technology will drive increased value within the life sciences industry
Foster innovation in order to expand revenue, optimize expenses and improve processes
Coordinate with Commercial, Business Units and Business Intelligence any data insight initiative and guide IT road-map to support business needs
Actively understand and create portfolio, commercial context & alignment on assumptions into advanced analytics insights
Come up with initiatives that identify opportunities in complex market by leveraging non-traditional analytical approaches
Work with business to research, develop and experiment models, techniques and unexplored data sources to solve business problems
Requirements & Skills
Ability to articulate our vision and state-of-art role in the development and delivery of innovative health products
Strong Data driven acumen & ability to implement it in the organization
Willingness to challenge assumptions at every level of our subsidiary
Collaborate and build networks across areas, functions, external partners and players
Differentiate and prioritize actions that meet customer needs over internal requirements
Ability to coach others, to translate mindset shifts into action, fosters experimentation
Considerable experience leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to meet customer needs
Experience with Agile philosophy and methodologies
