Responsibilities:
Define and lead the company’sGenerative AIstrategy, ensuring innovation and practical large-scale applications.
Develop and optimize advanced models such asLLMs, Diffusion Models, GANs, and other Generative AI architecturesfor various domains.
Build robustMLOps pipelines, from experimentation to deployment and model monitoring in production.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to develop high-impact AI-driven solutions.
Create frameworks, guidelines, and best practices for generative model development and governance.
Explore innovative approaches ininterpretable ML, reinforcement learning, and AutoMLto enhance and optimize AI solutions.
Act as atechnical mentorfor senior data scientists and influence strategic decisions within the company.
Represent Radix at industry events, technical publications, and global AI/ML conferences.
Mandatory Requirements:
Experiencein data science, machine learning, and advanced AI.
Advanced or Fluent English Skills
Proven expertise inGenerative AI, includingLLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, etc.), GANs, Diffusion Models, VAEs, and their applications.
Strong experience in implementingfoundation models at scale, fine-tuning, and adapting LLMsfor enterprise applications.
Proficiency inPython(PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) andSQLfor large-scale data manipulation.
Experience withMLOps and cloud-based model deployment(AWS, GCP, or Azure) using frameworks likeKubeflow, MLflow, SageMaker, or equivalents.
Deep knowledge ofstatistical modeling, NLP, embeddings, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation),and advanced deep learning techniques.
Experience inoptimizing large-scale inference, including quantization, distillation, and acceleration techniques with GPUs/TPUs.
Strong communication and leadership skills to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
Nice to Have:
Experience withGraph AI and Knowledge Graphsfor industrial data modeling.
Significant contributions toGenerative AI research, including scientific publications or open-source projects.
Experience inEdge AI and embedded AIfor industrial applications.
Knowledge ofReinforcement Learning and Self-Supervised Learning .
