**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies to engage and grow our online community.
- Manage daily interactions on social media platforms, responding to messages and comments promptly and professionally.
- Create and curate content that aligns with the company’s mission and values.
- Build and nurture a loyal community of followers, fostering trust and connection through meaningful communication.
- Monitor feedback and sentiment from the community, relaying insights to internal teams for improvement.
- Work with internal teams to align content with branding and marketing campaigns.
- Advocate for the community’s needs within the company to help shape future initiatives.
- Ensure the company’s social responsibility and community efforts are showcased effectively across all platforms.
**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on social media and social impact.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content and innovative campaigns.
- Passion for community building, social responsibility, and making a positive impact.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in event planning or charitable initiatives is a plus.
- Ability to travel and availability for business trips.
