We consider persons with disabilities for all our opportunities.Main Activities:The main objective is to oversee and optimize Production, Production Excellence, and Warehouse operations by supporting factory construction, hiring and developing a skilled team, and delivering essential training. This role involves implementing and managing traceability systems, leading health, safety, and food safety initiatives, and ensuring compliance with BRF standards. It focuses on resource allocation, operational integrity, and fostering local service supplier relationships, all while analyzing processes for continuous improvement in cost efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial)Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.Professional Skills:Excellent understanding of concepts, application, and implementation of OEE & Cost tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to make operations more productive and maintain quality standards.Extensive knowledge of analytical tools, PDCA, Kaizen, and RCA is a requirement.Extensive knowledge of SAP is essential.Knowledge of food technology & food safety.Ability to lead highly skilled professionals, always providing technical and managerial support.Leadership experience – led average size teams.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.Key Attributes:Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, preferably with multicultural teams.Excellent in Microsoft Suite, documenting MoMs, and creating and maintaining updated reports.Knowledge of ERP Systems; SAP is essential.Strong work ethics, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.Strong analytical skills with an agile, efficient, and simple mindset.Proactive mindset and behavior.Flexible working hours as per business demands.Ability to work in a continuously changing environment, working in a multifaceted area and under pressure.Deliver the best services to the department stakeholders and clients.Responsibilities:Participate in the decision-making process for corrective and preventive actions in the factory.Implement and support sustaining the productivity and efficiency system in the production lines.Unfold goals and propose goals to the operational team.Coordinate daily productivity meetings.Optimize resource utilization by implementing an effective production process.
