**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Help Design Program Manager structure a world class onboarding program that introduces new hires to their role, as well as to the company, design organization, their respective team, SAP Design culture, tools, systems and processes
- Arrange lunches, 1:1s, training sessions, shadow sessions and introductions
- Distribute equipment, tools, swag and welcome kits
- Prepare hiring managers and their teams to welcome new hires
- Treat Design Onboarding as a VIP customer service, nurturing the employee experience from the moment a job is accepted
- Continuously examine, optimize, and measure our operational model and processes (e.g.
automating tasks, improving workflows, developing repeatable methodologies)
- Create, maintain and communicate program information to key stakeholders and senior leaders via roadshows, info sessions and async collaboration platforms

- Enjoy working closely with designers, and have familiarity with product development and research methods in the digital space
- Bring your program coordination and people skills to drive cross-functional programs at scale
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Education or training in a coordinator, operations, customer service, administrative or producer capacity.
- Ability to connect and lead initiatives in a fully remote, global environment
- Track record of creative and innovative problem solving
- Ability to manage administrative tasks and coordinate multiple initiatives
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Customer service mindset
- Workshop facilitation
- Experience as a Producer, Coordinator, Project Manager or Program Manager overseeing onboarding or training of incoming new hires within a design organization
- Familiarity with virtual whiteboarding / design tools such as Mural, Figma
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Marketing or Communications
