Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily administrative affairs of the company's foreign employees to ensure the good and efficient operation of the foreign team
2. Responsible for the construction of the company's overall office environment and create a warm and comfortable office atmosphere
3. Record and sort out various administrative expenses, and do a good job in the management of various office supplies
4. Maintain the company's daily work order, and do a good job in the management and maintenance of office equipment
5. Assist in organizing and arranging company meetings and activities, and be responsible for external liaison and visitor reception
6. Assist in handling various temporary events and complete other tasks assigned by leaders
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year experience in administrative positions
2. Strong affinity, able to live in harmony with colleagues in the company
3. Have a sense of ownership, good execution and driving force
4. Spanish or Portuguese native speakers are preferred
Pay: R$58.42 - R$85.59 per hour
