The Partner Advisor team is focused on accelerating the adoption of Google Cloud technology by attracting and growing partners who can acquire new customers and make them successful, while we focus on fueling our partners with a profitable business.
The Partner Advisor team is dedicated to advocating a partner program that creates value in our partners' businesses.

This is a Full-time in-office position requiring you to work out of our Accenture office in Alphaville, Sao Paulo.
**Responsibilities**
Primary responsibility of this role will be to execute a strategy for nurturing a large number of partners across build, sell and service focus.
The ability to identify, prioritize and build relationships with the most strategic of these partners is essential, with a need to focus on driving top line revenue growth and customer adoption through these partners.
Effectively manage and measure a large number of partner enablement and go-to-market requests Assist partners with utilizing Partner Advantage Program benefits like Deal Registration and Sales development funding to help accelerate partner deal cycles.
Identify, enable and qualify high-value partners that drive revenue and deliver best-in-class solutions to their customers Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to further develop partnership strategies and processes.
**Job responsibilities**
- Own relationship with program managed partners
- Effectively drive initiatives to increase demand generation, pipeline
- Build joint go-to-market and business plans with partners
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (partner managers, marketing, partner engineers)
- Ensure partner meet prerequisites to maintain or advance partner program tiering
- Ensure partners are kept up to date with partner program offerings and incentives
**Basic Qualifications**
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills in **Spanish, English and Portuguese.

- Experience in IT sales, partner management, and/or technical background
- Self starter, who has the ability to to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Proven customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and G Suite
- Ability to manage multiple and deliver on multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Attention to detail
**Preferred qualifications**
- Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
