Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites that meet client requirements and industry best practices Create concept pages, the scope of work documents, and time estimates Create custom themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of website components Optimize website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness Implement and customize third-party integrations Perform website updates, backups, and security enhancements Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve website development processes Build website helper pages and landing pages on GHL. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with 5 years of experience Ability to clearly communicate with clients via Zoom, email, and Trello boards in English Ability to manage junior website developers Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Additional Details: Location: Full-time position (40 hours/week) with a long-term US-based company. Off-shore applicants are encouraged to apply. Must have a good and stable internet speed bandwidth and possess their technical equipment. Working Hours: 8 am - 5 pm CDT. Mon - Fri.
