Project Description:Luxoft are partnering with a fintech to bring Open Banking to the North American market.A state of the art, cloud native SaaS solution has been built, implementing the FDX APIs, to facilitate Open Banking across a broad spectrum of financial services institutions within North America. Luxoft will both develop and run the solution.Responsibilities:The Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for:Managing the day to day operation of the Open Banking SaaS solutionManagement reporting and governance with the clientProviding Open Banking SME knowledge and mentoring the broader support team on Open Banking workflowsParticipate in application support and resolving customer issuesCollaborate with development and AWS SMEs to ensure smooth operation of the platformMandatory Skills Description:7+ years of experience in supporting production environments for financial services institutions2+ years of experience in supporting AWS cloud environmentsWorking experience in FDX/REST APIs, data sharing and consent workflowsPrevious experience leading a support teamExperience in successfully running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applicationsWorking experience in ITIL processes, mainly change, release and incident managementExperience dealing with customer senior managementNice-to-Have Skills Description:Open Banking experienceFrench language B2 or aboveLanguages:English: C2 Proficient
