JOB SUMMARY: As a Supply Chain Specialist - Procurement, you will play a pivotal role within our procurement team, focusing specifically on supply chain operations related to Fleet management. Reporting to the Global Fleet Procurement Manager, you will assist in developing and implementing global procurement strategies tailored to our company's objectives and goals. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the procurement process from Fleet requisition to product and service delivery working closely with the Logistics Team, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders' business requirements. Cultivating strong relationships with key Fleet suppliers, monitoring supplier performance, and identifying opportunities for cost savings will be central to your role. Compliance with established policies and procedures is paramount as you navigate the complexities of global supply chain operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to the following activities:
* Ensure that EE Policies, Procedures and Processes are implemented, enforced and, when applicable, reviewed, improved and created.
* Identify, onboard and lead negotiations with local and regional vendors to increase in-country value and cost efficiencies.
* In charge of the efficient procurement activities for assigned assets and projects considering total cost, specification, quality, delivery time, delivery place, Terms & Conditions, and risk to ensure that materials and services are delivered to assets as needed.
* Obtain supplier quotes and follow up with vendors to ensure timely submission of pricing. Ensure that RFQs are evaluated, and recommendation comments documented in the ERP system considering total cost, specification, quality, delivery time, delivery place, Terms & Conditions, and risk.
* Ensure all procurement process supporting documentation is attached to ERP Systems and where such documents are identified missing then take action to attach and close out the issue.
* Conduct procurement activities based on priority and criticality of Requisitions for materials or services to be delivered on time to the vessels.
* Negotiate prices, delivery times and payment terms with vendors.
* Collaborate with applicable stakeholders to source and launch Request for Quote (RFQ) and support negotiations and final supplier selection to optimize service/product quality, total cost, and lead-time.
* Collaborate with VSIs to enable timely RFQ and PO approvals.
* Issue purchase orders (POs) for approved RFQs in a timely manner, ensuring delivery times are within the needed date, and where there are any delays the VSI is informed.
* Verify that the vendor has received the PO once issued.
* Liaise and work with the logistic department.
* Ensure non-conforming products and services are followed up, investigated and closed out.
* Track and record cost savings and identify opportunities for future cost savings and efficiencies.
* Collaborate and maintain day to day relations with the stakeholders on Supply Chain related topics to deliver business goals and expectations.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: Approximately 20%.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
* Other relevant certifications in sourcing or procurement can be advantageous.
* Strong MS Office skills with Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word and Power BI.
* Proficiency in using procurement ERP software.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex procurement data and derive actionable insights.
* Strong knowledge and experience in negotiating with vendors.
* Knowledge & experience working with Sourcing Teams and Logistics Teams and understanding the procurement interface.
* Strong knowledge of Contracts and Contract Management.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in Offshore, Oil Service or Marine industry.
