Your responsibilities will include organizing and planning the work of two delivery teams under a brand-new sub-project, as well as performing various tasks that are part of the scope of Scrum Master's functionalities.

- 3+ years' experience in the Project Manager position
- People management experience (holding 1-1 meetings with the team, creating PDP for team members, providing feedback, assisting with staffing and onboarding)
- Experience in risk assessment and management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, high self-organization, and proactivity
- Scrum Master experience
- Upper-Intermediate+ English levelDesirable:
- Supervision and mentoring experience
- Experience integrating the team into the client's ecosystem
- Experience in the fintech domain (working with card processing systems)
**Key responsibilities and your contribution**
As a Project Manager, you will focus on coordinating project activities with business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include making sure that the team follows the processes that were previously agreed upon and keeping the team's work free of any obstacles and distractions.
- Utilize the best project management practices and systems to help achieve software-related objectives
- Plan and distribute project work among team members to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to projects
- Conduct change, stakeholder, and risk management
- Assist with staffing and onboarding new team members
- Be heavily involved with people management (motivation, personal development, career planning, etc.)
- Control project resources; report project plans to key stakeholders; ensure budgetary targets are met
