LOCATION
Sao Leopoldo, RSPURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
To address customer requirements in SAP Success Factors for cross industries. As an SAP consultant, you will support current and upcoming SAP projects as well as key customers on their implementations of SAP SSFF Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Compensation, Onboarding, and the rest of the SF suite. A Human Capital Management (HCM) payroll background is highly desired to support our HCM customers in their migration to SAP Success Factors cloud solutions. Build competencies at SAP to deliver solutions to customers.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Minimum of 3 years domain experience.
Minimum 2 full life cycle SAP SSFF implementations.
Good knowledge in at least one of the SSFF components (Employee Central, RCM, RMK, Compensation, Onboarding, P&G, LMS, Report Stories).
Good knowledge of SSFF integrations with HCM and SAP products.
Knowledge of HCM line of businesses and processes is required.
Good knowledge of Brazilian, Argentinean, Mexican, or Colombian Payroll is desirable.
Experience in project management is desirable.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Good command of the English language (Spanish is a plus).
Able to work in an intercultural team.
Proven presentation skills.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
Gain expertise in SAP Success Factors.
Provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems.
Deliver billable components that meet a customer’s needs.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Domain experience, with a strong background in SAP SSFF experience. 2 full life cycle SAP HCM/SSFF implementations.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
WORK AREA
SAP Delivery @ Scale.
EXPECTED TRAVEL
Up to 30%.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
English – Fluent in both spoken and written English (Mandatory).
Spanish - Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish (Optional).
