This includes exterior and interior damage inspections, component and accessory reviews, handling damage claims, software, and language adjustments.Create detailed reports and identify trends for issues discovered during the pre-delivery inspection process.Conduct root-cause analysis and collaborate extensively with quality, production, and engineering departments to address issues found during PDI.Maintain accurate records of new machines arrivals and machines that have completed the PDI process to prepare them for delivery.Take corrective actions for on-hold machines and ensure they are ready for delivery on time.Loading and unloading goods from trucks and containers.Organizing and maintaining the storage areas to ensure efficient flow of materials.Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.Conducting regular inventory counts and reporting discrepancies.Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.Assisting with the receipt of incoming shipments and inspecting for damage.Collaborating with other team members to support daily warehouse operations.Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, as necessary.RequirementsAWP/MEWP Industry Experience will be preferred.Good working knowledge of mobile elevating work platforms engineering, with ideally 2 years minimum in heavy equipment maintenance.Have work rights with no restriction in Brazil.Have a friendly, can-do attitude.Team-oriented and a confident communicator.Good attention to detail.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionCustomer ServiceIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting
