Proactive acting in engineering companies and Eaton's products approval in end users in Brazil, always aligned with the organization's strategy and cooperating and interacting with the sales and marketing team for Eaton's sales success.
Job responsibilities Directs and supports technically assigned engineering companies and end users to have an approval in the client's Vendor List.Conducts Eaton's product approvals and solutions, meeting the demands originating from the sales team, product team, and/or focus customers by presenting the portfolio, technical/resource characteristics of the products and solutions, providing theoretical training, and solving any technical doubts.Schedules visits and proactively implements activities for the focus customer group, including technical and portfolio presentations, technical demonstrations, seminars, educational and resource product materials, as well as various technical lectures and training sessions, approving and supporting Eaton products and solutions for these customers.Monitors project development through visits to engineering companies and end users to propose better technical solutions and applications.Establishes and maintains a good long-term relationship with focus customers, understanding their current and future needs and the project segment to propose adequate technical solutions, preparing documents and technical tools, thus supporting these partners quickly and effectively.Maintains active contact with the factory, works closely with marketing, the sales team, and product line managers to ensure strategies are tuned to geographic customer, industry, and market needs.Is accountable for the whole process and ensures a smooth handover to the sales team for each opportunity.Has strong knowledge about market segments for transformer applications, datacenters, healthcare, industry, and C&I.Communicates with the company in a timely fashion and provides proper reports on overall activities.Visits customers with the external sales team.Provides accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.Is responsible for preparing commercial proposals, negotiations, and business prospecting.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.Extensive experience in application engineering or as a Sales Engineer, acting with low voltage and medium voltage transformers, and electrical equipment.Advanced English level.Technical knowledge Deep technical knowledge of medium voltage transformers.Strong knowledge of market segments for transformer applications, with desirable knowledge in data centers, healthcare, industrial, and electrical sectors.Soft skills Excellent communication and technical knowledge.Accountability and accuracy in all activities.Strong knowledge of medium voltage transformers and market segments for their applications, as well as knowledge of electrical product baskets, such as switchgear (low voltage and medium voltage), power distribution products (circuit breakers, and others).Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
