**About the Role**:
As a Product Designer, you will join our Product team at Weni by VTEX, a business unit of VTEX.
You will be responsible for ensuring that end users can intuitively navigate through the products and projects executed by Weni, bridging customer needs and pain points with the limitations of available technologies.
Your role involves transforming metrics and insights into user experience solutions.
**What you will do**:
- Conduct information architecture processes (flow design, navigation maps, prototypes), covering systems and web and mobile pages.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and development teams to transform research insights into outputs (e.g., prototypes, journey maps, storyboards, design principles, wireframes).
- Lead and participate in the process of building and evolving the design system.
- Create user experiences (UX) and design system interfaces (UI) for digital solution development projects.
- Conduct user research for various Weni products to generate and validate hypotheses.
- Respect the limitations of the technologies, languages, and functionalities used in the project.
- Develop Design Review reports after front-end development to ensure the fidelity of the created wireframes.
- Execute UX processes (user journeys, usability testing, ethnographic research, customer experience maps, personas, etc.).
**Who you are**:
- Experienced in prototyping tools (Figma).
- Familiar with Design Systems.
- Ability to lead creative processes, discovery, and research, such as design sprints, to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and generate on user space problem.
- Knowledgeable in usability principles and fundamental concepts of user interface and experience design.
- Knowledge of usability analysis platforms (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Knowledge of Teresa Torres' Opportunity Solution Tree framework to structure and prioritize opportunities, connect solutions to strategic outcomes, and support decision-making based on continuous discovery research.
