We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to lead our projects from start to finish. Your mission will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget, while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Reporting lines and key stakeholders: This role reports to the Group Account Director. You will work closely with creative and production teams. Requirements Work directly with clients, agencies, internal teams, and other Hogarth offices. Manage small to medium-sized audiovisual projects from start to finish. Attend project kick-off and status meetings. Receive and check materials for quality. Set up projects in Jira and Fido for our production teams. Fill out reports and analyze project data. Track project profitability. Be communicative, proactive, multi-tasking, dynamic, organized, with a critical eye, able to handle pressure, and detail-oriented. Technical Skills Advanced English and Spanish for meetings, writing, and reading. Completed degree in Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Design or related field. Desirable experience in an advertising agency. Experience with agile methodologies and prior knowledge of audiovisual production. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
