Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the LATAM region. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the B2B marketing landscape and the ability to develop effective marketing strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop go-to-market strategies for B2B products and launch them in various markets.
* Create and manage product campaigns and calendars to generate and nurture leads.
* Analyze marketing activity effectiveness by tracking key metrics and evaluating ROI.
* Organize business events and participate in conferences with brand activities.
Requirements:
* Experience in B2B marketing, especially in SaaS or technology products.
* Developed go-to-market strategies and worked on positioning and product messaging across LATAM markets.
* Strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics teams.
* Advertising platform understanding (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) and CRM tool familiarity (HubSpot).
* Familiarity with key business and marketing KPIs.
* English fluency (Upper-Intermediate) and Spanish.
