About the Role:
In this opportunity as Manager, Talent Development, you will:
Talent Development Program Management:
Coordinate development activities for the Latin America region, including leadership development, executive coaching, 360-degree assessments, career development, performance management, and training programs.
Ensure successful execution and alignment with the company's strategies and culture.
Training Development and Facilitation:
Develop and facilitate training programs aimed at leadership development, organizational culture, and skill enhancement.
Communication and Education:
Promote awareness of Talent Development programs and solutions within the company.
Collaborate with HR partners and business units to educate employees about annual processes and programs through strategic communication.
Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
Use internal and external data to provide analyses that support leadership in optimizing the Talent Development function and improving organizational performance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Operate in a matrixed environment, interacting with various stakeholders and teams, representing the department and the Latin America region in key projects.
About You:
You're fit for the role Manager, Talent Development, if your background includes:
Leadership Development:
Proven experience in designing and facilitating leadership training, with the ability to create and deliver effective materials and content.
Effective Communication:
Ability to clearly convey ideas both verbally and visually, engaging diverse stakeholders.
Information and Data Management:
Skill in managing program and initiative information and data with accuracy and efficiency.
Strategic and Operational Expertise:
Ability to navigate strategic discussions and execute necessary actions to achieve set objectives.
Languages:
Advanced fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in related fields; a postgraduate degree is a plus.
