Job Summary
As Head of Customer Success for Cosign, you'll build a fast-growing startup's customer service organization and playbook while working with a dynamic, motivated team focused on setting new industry standards. As the leader of Cosign's customer service team, you will grow strong relationships with landlords and property managers, provide exceptional customer support to our applicants, and drive engagement and conversions on behalf of our landlord partners.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property managers who use Cosign's rent guarantee product
* Provide exceptional customer support to all stakeholders (applicants, property managers, and landlords)
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance on using Cosign's application and claims portal
* Proactively follow up with customers to increase engagement and conversions
* Collaborate with our CEO and Head of Strategy and Operations to develop our customer success and customer onboarding processes and SOPs
* Identify and escalate customer concerns and feedback to improve our product and services
* Build a team of customer service representatives that scales through Cosign's hyper-growth in 2025 (400%+ addition in users)
About You
* Customer-centric: You have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term customer relationships
* Self-motivated: You thrive in fast-paced environments, can handle ambiguity, are comfortable with self-direction, and have a tremendous bias for action
* Strong communicator: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply and quickly
* You are hyper responsive and readily available
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent
* 3+ years of in a client-facing and/or leadership role in a professional virtual environment
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
* Reliable internet connectivity and a professional virtual work environment
* Fluency in English and Spanish
Nice to Have
* Experience with US based commercial real estate or real estate service businesses (particularly multifamily real estate)
* Previous startup experience
* Knowledge of multifamily property management in the US
