Job Purpose
Ensure the implementation of processes and dissemination of a culture of quality within projects and proposals, with a focus on prevention, zero tolerance for deviations, compliance with applicable requirements (regulatory, legal, contractual and corporate), seeking continuous improvement and aiming for the success and satisfaction of internal and external customers.
Act as a transformational leader with a more proactive approach in identifying and solving problems, always seeking simplification, standardization and industrialization, driving predictability and reducing variability in execution, in order to achieve operational excellence.
Job Description
Promoting quality in the projects for which he is responsible;
Interface with internal and external clients;
Carrying out internal training;
Carrying out Quality audits and/or inspections;
Operational visits to the flexible manufacturing plant;
Implementing/monitoring performance indicators;
Handling non-conformities;
Investigating quality incidents;
Among other activities inherent to the area.
You are meant for this job if:
Engineering degree with active CREA;
Extensive experience in the Quality area;
Work in the SUBSEA area on flexible and accessory projects;
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Lean methodology and root cause analysis;
Proficiency in the office package, knowledge of Power BI and Intelex (desirable);
Advanced English
