In this group, people are responsible for many of the actions that promote our employees well-being, such as benefits management, internal communication, onboarding, as well as performance management and other initiatives aimed at developing competencies. Main job responsibilities: Plan and deliver English classes for employees, adapting the content according to the specific needs of the employees; Produce didactic materials and educational resources suitable for the company s context, focusing on relevant vocabulary and work-related situations; Assess students progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their English communication skills; Integrate speaking, listening, reading and writing practices into lessons, aimed at developing comprehensive communication skills; Collaborate with the Human Resources and Training departments to identify English training needs and develop effective educational programs; Keep accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress, preparing regular reports to monitor the development of the program; Promote an inclusive and motivating learning environment, encouraging active student participation and creating opportunities for language practice; Keep up to date on the best practices in ESL teaching and incorporate pedagogical innovations into your classes; Participate in meetings and professional training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge as an English educator within the company s business context; Work alongside HR taking part in interviews in English with candidates and administering language proficiency tests; Contribute to and promote information security practices, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, availability and privacy of information and data. Hard Skills: Ability to understand, speak, read, and write fluently in English, ensuring clear and effective communication with students; Knowledge and ability to apply different foreign language teaching methodologies, adapting them to the specific needs of students and the industrial context; Ability to create and develop relevant and effective teaching materials for teaching English in an industrial environment, including exercises, activities and multimedia resources; Competence in assessing students progress objectively and accurately, providing constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills; Ability to manage a class efficiently, ensuring a safe, collaborative, and motivating learning environment for students, while maintaining control of the class and promoting active participation. Academic Background: Degree in Administration, Psychology, Literature, and/or related fields. Desirable: completion of a postgraduate degree or MBA in related areas. Experience: Proven experience as an English teacher, preferably in corporate or industrial contexts.
