In this role, you will:
- Overall Analytics Leadership
- Accountable for delivering all Supply Chain Analytics initiatives for the IPC Segment by partnering with global teams and segment specific teams wherever applicable.
- Business and DTS Partnering
- Partner with key IPC business stakeholders across Supply Chain sub-functions along with IPC AI/ML D&A Leaders to maximize business value
- Partner with Global D&A/DTS and other segment teams to maximize globalization, scalability and overall TCO
- Develop Technology Investment plans and activation for IPC Segment, including budgeting, forecasting, business case development and realization, business outcome identification, business adoption plans, resourcing plans
- Create a culture of smart risk taking and reward fast failure to encourage innovation
- Serve on the Scaled Agile team as the Product Owner
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize the demand backlog and write user stories.
Continually refresh and refine the backlog.
- Create and maintain effective Quarterly (Release) plans based on the delivery team's available capacity.
Together with the Product Manager, play key role in scoping and prioritizing Product Backlog items during Quarterly Planning.
Set release goals, in coordination with the Product Management Team and the delivery team and provide support during execution so that they can deliver on their commitments.
Collaborate with the Agile Delivery team to identify the dependencies of product backlog items on other teams and coordinate with those teams to align on release plans, dependencies, and on the timeline to resolve these

- Solid experience in working in CPG/Retail Industry undertaking how analytics can solve business problems across supply chain
- 7+ years demonstrable strategic impact and technology delivery in analytics deploying AI/ML use cases within an innovative and highly agile customer environment
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships with Senior Leaders and diverse teams including the business stakeholders and internal DTS organization
- Hands-on experience driving definition and enablement of business capability and technology strategies and roadmaps
- At least 3 years of experience leading projects using Agile Methodologies; experience with Scaled Agile preferred
- Relevant finance/P&L understanding
