**Job Summary**
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Consultant at MARCAMPTEC. The position involves providing sales consulting for Intralogistic Equipment, technical application, field survey, offering solutions, and expert consulting services to ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication.
* Prospect clients and business opportunities through collaboration with the Marketing department to grow the sales funnel and increase business opportunities.
* Apply effective sales techniques to achieve a precise match between proposed solutions and client needs, increasing the likelihood of closing deals and achieving better financial results.
* Work closely with the Service team to provide an enhanced customer experience with RITE HITE, CORNELL and CLOPAY Products.
* Monitor key opportunities in your client portfolio using CRM tools, maintaining regular contact with clients and conducting technical and commercial visits to secure sales.
* Provide technical assistance to clients during post-sales or warranty periods, identifying on-site issues, and escalating to the Service Team.
* Train and share technical and operational knowledge with client teams during visits or upon request, aiming for client satisfaction and loyalty.
**Requirements:**
* B2B Sales skills, following the CRM from Lead to Negotiation.
* In-depth knowledge of safety equipment and regulations.
* Graduation in technical areas, such as engineering, technology, etc.
* English reading and writing proficiency.
