The Purchasing Manager responsibilities include Analysis and purchase of materials, equipment and services.
Performs quotation; issues orders and monitors the delivery flow to meet all negotiated conditions.
**_Duties/Responsibilities: _**
Managing daily purchasing activities.
- Develop supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies.
- Managing timelines, material ordered and shipping problems.
- Managing the Purchasing Team.
**_Required Skills/Abilities: _**
- Verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office or related software.
- Ability to manage and motivate the team.
**_Education and Experience: _**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
- A minimum of four years of Purchasing preferred.
