**Job Description**:
This position requires an employee to work Hybrid (3x times on-site)
**Responsibilities**:
- Direct support Local Supply Operation for Brazil, with a straight interface Imported Suppliers.
- Data analysis and the creation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to present to the Leadership team.
- Lead Digital Transformation and Data Analytics development.
- Be a solution provider, challenging the status quo and proposing efficient solutions.
- Continuously map Supply Operations Process, identifying gaps, opportunities and promoting synergy.
- Ensure clear communication of goals, risks and efforts involved to peer areas and promptly escalate to Leadership any risk or issue.
- Work as an influencer to create a more strategical environment, bringing new approaches and tools.
- Being an enabler to ensure the effectiveness of Supply Operations in South America Region.
- Collaborative cross working with functional areas to guarantee team’s alignment as well as proactively solve problems.
- Promote GM values, taking and leading the team to decisions based on customer needs. Being a proactively roadblock buster.
**Additional Job Description**:
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Information Technology areas.
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Advanced in English.
- Strong analytic skills, with a hands-on approach with the ability to deliver commitments
- Solid knowledge in Power BI, Phyton, Knime
- Experience developing dashboards and reports, analyzing the data and bringing insights
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Spanish will be a plus.
