Key Responsibilities
* Line Up Management: Develop a competitive portfolio against industry competitors to drive business growth.
* Launch Management: Prepare effective go-to-market (GTM) files to ensure successful product launches.
* Pricing Operation: Define prices for profitability and competitiveness, aligning with business objectives.
* Oversee Sales and Sell Out: Continuously monitor product performance and achieve new weekly sell-out levels to enable sustained growth.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Engineering
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience
* Specific knowledge/skills: Pricing, Marketing, and Channel Management
* Languages: English (required)
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with INMETRO regulations and processes
* Experience dealing with installers or other influencers in the sales process
* Availability for travel
* Market survey and market intelligence skills with limited data
