Global presence in more than 100 countries, now strengthen activities in Brazilian territory with many job opportunities.The Market Development Manager uses their clinical and medical background to build a strategic plan to scale our ultrasound adoption to current non-users. Direct our market development and education through workshops, society collaborations, and industry key opinion leaders.Key Responsibilities:Creating, executing and being responsible for company´s strategy of products adoption within the point of care marketCarefully analyzing the point of care market by segment and create an executable market development plan in conjunction with marketingScale company´s equipments adoption through education, business development activities, networking, educating users, departments, and institutions on the value systems and tools specific to the POC (point of care) MarketProvides product demonstration support which may include testing patients or other volunteersGenerates product awareness and market demand for company´s products in the point of care business segment.Create a scalable adoption process and education for the non-user to integrate techniquesSupports tradeshow and other marketing activities and will provide product demonstration and support to the sales organization in variety of settingsServes as a key liaison to physician groups, societies and other organizations related to the development of POC marketLiaison and collaborate with regional/international team to develop equipment and systemsSupport special projects as necessaryKnowledge/Experience:Proficiency in English written and spoken a MUSTMedical devices expertise and teaching skillsExperience as a physician educator (workshops, courses, seminars etc)3+ years of point of care markets and experience in clinical segments, hospital, lab, clinic setting, etc.Ability to effectively communicate and present to high level administrators and physicianStrategic thinker that will help scale product adoption to current non-usersDirect market development (education) via all forms (digital, workshops, society collaborations, KOLs etc.)Must have a multi-dimensional skill set to handle clinical, sales, and market development opportunities in addition to developing business regionallyExperienced with MS Office software including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointAbility to create and deliver high quality ultrasound education in the form of slide presentations, videos, webinars and other scalable forms of learningStrong interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsExcellent presentation skills and experience in project managementAbility to develop and maintain positive customer relations with all accountsResumes in ENGLISH must be sent to hr@quatre.com.br, with the CODE: GER_MERCADO
