Project Manager – ServiceNow
Project Details:
* 100% remote from Brazil
* 160hours per month
* PJ / 6 months
* ADVANCED ENGLISH REQUIRED
Required Skills and Experience
* Project Management: Experience with ITSM (IT Service Management) and HSM (Human Service Management)/HR module is mandatory.
* ServiceNow: Significant experience with the ServiceNow product.
* Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with daily meetings, stand-up meetings, retrospectives, etc.
* Certifications: Certifications in ServiceNow and Scrum Master are nice to have but not mandatory.
* English Advanced Level
* Communication Skills and Problem-Solving Skills
Responsibilities
* Project Planning and Management: Develop and maintain project plan and resource allocation, define project scope, goals, and deliverables, conduct risk assessment and mitigation planning, manage change requests and control scope creep.
* Stakeholder Communication and Engagement: Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders, IT teams, and ServiceNow developers, provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive reports, ensure stakeholder expectations are managed effectively.
* Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Work with business analysts to document functional and non-functional requirements, ensure alignment between business needs and ServiceNow capabilities, review and approve project documentation.
* Implementation Oversight: Coordinate with ServiceNow developers and architects, monitor progress against milestones, ensure best practices are followed during implementation.
* Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution, address issues identified during testing, ensure quality standards are met before deployment.
* Deployment and Post-Implementation Support: Manage go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition, monitor post-implementation performance, provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Project Objectives
The objective of this engagement is to manage the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring that:
* The project is completed on time and within budget.
* Business requirements are properly gathered, analyzed, and implemented.
* Risks and issues are proactively identified and mitigated.
* Project stakeholders are engaged and informed.
* Best practices and methodologies are followed to optimize ServiceNow capabilities.
Deliverables
The following deliverables will be provided by the Project Manager:
* Project Plan: Detailed scope and resource plan.
* Risk Management Plan: Identified risks and mitigation strategies.
* Stakeholder Communication Plan: Regular reporting and meeting schedules.
* Requirements Documentation: Business and technical requirements.
* Test Plan: UAT strategies and issue tracking.
* Deployment Plan: Go-live strategy and transition activities.
* Final Project Report: Summary of outcomes, lessons learned, and future recommendations.
