- As a Digital Experience Specialist supporting our Consumer Business Group in Latin America, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
- Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading the optimization of end user customer experience to build brand loyalty and advocacy while _monitoring_ and meeting_ KPIs such as c_onversion _and consumption_- Provide brand site Information Architecture (IA) and User Experience (UX) development from strategy _to creation and_ execution for priority area marketing activities, portfolios, and countries._- Collect, _analyze_, and interpret customer_ interaction data, competitive analysis, and user research to _identify_ opportunities, _requirements_ and information useful in optimization user experience_- Lead the last mile of the customer Journey (campaign integration): product pages, landing pages, link tagging/performance, Where to Buy strategy & optimization, etc._- Provide a vision of SEO as a valuable strategy in the short-medium-long term, both for the creation of strategic semantic content (responding to market demands and users' ways of searching) and at the same time making technical adjustments and web implementations that favor positioning
Your Skills and Expertise- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution_- 2 years of experience in information architecture (AI), User Experience, Web Strategy or equivalent_
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include- Data analysis experience and ability to self-serve required data to inform strategy and prioritized optimizations.
_Understanding of how on page engagement data informs UX optimi_s_ations_- Experience working with brand guidelines and templates_- Experience working with product content_/_catalogs_ and eCommerce _experiences/teams to drive _eComm_ and syndication strategies_- Practical _e_xperience in _User Experience best practices and tool(s) such as Axure, Fi_gma_ or equivalent_; ability to adapt to a new program_- Strong attention to detail for testing experiences and problem-solving skills_- Experience working with web development teams to execute optimization strategies from _inception_ through to publish and ongoing _improvements_- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen ability to ask the right questions_
