Responsabilities
- Help desk and users' support
- IT ticketing system management (FreshService environment)
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
- Troubleshooting on PC and Mac client OS
- PC / Mac hardware maintenance and repair
- PC / Mac InTune enrolling
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with all other professionals
- Place hardware into production by establishing necessary connections and configurations into the existing environment (Server, Storage, Switch)
- Support the IT team in troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults in collaboration with the IT Infrastructure dept.

- Prepare the documentation accurately
- Testing and evaluating new technology if necessary
- Keep up to date with the ever-changing specific software and operating systems
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Ensure company policies and procedures are understood and always followed
- Perform other duties as requested by direct & dotted reporting line managers/ supervisors
- To better understand and/or support users' difficulties, occasional national and international traveling time is foreseen
- Guarantee the availability of services without fault
- Manage accidents with rationality and competence
- Find solutions quickly to solve problems
- Prioritize project management
- Ability to find or learn new solutions
Experience & Skills Essential
- 5+ years in Information Technology
- English
- Italian is a plus

Education Essential
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science
