**Position Pourpose**Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is aimed at analysing customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, to offer customized campaigns and ensure the best solution for our customers. The CRM Specialist will support the CRM Manager within the Marketing department of Amplifon Australia in cross-channel activities, from conceptualization to analysis and execution, and proactively provide insights and suggest actions to improve CRM communications.
**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities **CRM Specialist will be focused on designing and delivering personalized campaigns, with main areas of accountabilities including:
- Communication and offer personalisation definition
- Best contact channel and contact frequency selection
- Campaign template design with configuration outsourcer
- Campaign ROI maximization
- Collaborate with other Marketing team members, Retail Excellence and IT to execute CRM plan
- Coordination of external partners (e.g., Creative agency, data providers, campaign configuration outsourcer, etc.)
- Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with CRM team to monitor campaign performance
Work with the Contact Centre to maximize the effectiveness of the channel for a continuous process improvement
**Experience and Qualifications**
- University degree required (B&A, Marketing, Communication, Management Engineering)
- Experience in dynamic and customer-oriented environments
- Knowledge of marketing and CRM best practices, processes, and tools in highly customer-oriented organizations
- Experience working with data and analytics

- Ability to develop marketing strategies based on customer insights
- Strong work ethic and ability to work with cross functional and multicultural teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands with a customer-focused and outcomes-cantered approach

- Demonstrated understanding of project management and process management
- Internal / external stakeholder management
- High proficiency using MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Experience in change management is desirable
