Our department is responsible to deliver workshop repairs, maintenance/overhauls and high complexity parts to customers..So joining us you will have the opportunity to develop your technical/personnel skills on diversified and challenging projects.Your responsibilities- Provides technical support and overseeing to suppliers during the execution of their scope, including welding, machining, assembly, etc of cement industry equipment like ball/vertical mills, kilns, dosing/feeding and related machines.- Identifies and supervise the correction of more complex technical problems associated with maintenance/assembly.- Provides technical support to customers and FLSmidth Backoffice team.- Researches, evaluates, and recommends new products, parts, upgrades and services that will meet customer needs.- Elaboration of technical/field reports/documents- Elaboration of field administrative reports/documents- Develops on-going relationships with customers to secure future business.- Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company's operational activitiesResponsibilities may include supervision of projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision and coaching, delegating and reviewing the work of lower level employees.Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.What you bring- Technical experience with execution/inspection of workshop repairs/manufacturing process, maintenance and assembly of cement industry equipment: kiln, ball/vertical mills, dosing/feeding or related machines.- Advanced/fluent English/spanish language knowledge is very important (not mandatory).- Availability to travel and be at suppliers/customers sites up to 90% of the time.- Good Interpersonal relationship.- Engineering graduation (not mandatory).- Good knowledge of Microsoft Tools (MS Office, MS project, Outlook, etc).- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Team player & strong work ethics and integrity.- Preferably experience in working with international colleagues.- Necessary to live in the region of São Paulo state.What we offer- Salary according to the market- Health insurance/plan- Meal tickets- Internal/international opportunities to develop the carrier
