We are looking to add a Global Channel Director to the Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) team. This position can be based anywhere in North America, but I prefer the Dallas, Texas, area.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
Worldwide, the DAS team goes to market by forging deep relationships with dedicated and trusted partners where customers require the world’s best in-building wireless solutions to take on the most demanding applications. It is imperative that our Partner program comprehensively enables, equips, and rewards them so that they are eager to go to market-leading with us.
This highly strategic channel program position will play a key role in continuing to transform the Partner Program by bringing channel experience coupled with an “outside-in” approach. Our goal is to provide an increasingly valuable partner experience that helps us STAND APART in our industry.
Working with the SVP of Sales, this position will be responsible for ongoing oversight of the program's efficiency and ensuring we are easy to work with at scale. Achieving yearly growth of the Channel Program beyond revenue and bridging geo and vertical gaps with existing and new partner recruitment within our primary markets are all critical. The position requires direct interaction with channel operations, marketing, finance, and engineering teams, as well as coordination of multiple inner-departmental initiatives to reach the growth goals of Channel Programs.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
· A completed bachelor's degree and seven or more years of direct experience building (ideal) and/or contributing to a team setting to the efficiency of a partner-centric Channel Program
· Experience with operational aspects and standard processes required to support large-scale sales and partner programs and familiarity with channel Go-to-Market strategy
· Proven track record in embracing an outside-in framework for program execution, including the account the ability to regularly collaborate with leadership and partner contacts to acquire feedback used for ongoing improvement
You Will Excite Us If You Have:
· Experience at the system integrator level selling into technical opportunities a definite plus
· Experience with a sophisticated partner program with another $500M+ company in the tech industry is also a plus.
The expected total compensation range (base and sales incentive plan) for this position is $190,000-$280,000.
