Job Purpose and Impact
We are seeking a Global Commercial Process Lead who will work closely with commercial leaders, along with sales operations and enablement leaders, to provide expertise and insight to accelerate process enhancements across the commercial system. This leader will work to support end to end process excellence, promote a strong commercial process culture and recommend best practices for successful implementation and sustainable execution. In addition, this position will champion key commercial excellence process levers to support our customer value propositions and business model design, and deliver value through increased sales efficiency, sales effectiveness and customer engagement. Key Accountabilities
Lead Commercial Excellence (CE) COE commercial process framework design along with initiatives and recommendations in support of Commercial Excellence capability development across enterprises.
Drive business alignment and adoption of commercial process best practices. Aligning with the Global Process communities and partnering with Cargill Global Process Owners.
Partner with business, process and data technology teams as well as business relationship managers to drive sustainable commercial solutions.
Collaborate and lead change with key internal and external senior stakeholders and peers to ensure complex solutions are implemented successfully. Influence stakeholders to accept new ideas, approaches, techniques and standards.
Provide expert commercial process thought leadership and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems.
You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (domestic and international)
Fluency in English Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MBA or MSM)
Experience with commercial tools and systems (i.e. SAP, Salesforce)
Experience working within sales operations and/or sales enablement
Experience working in cross-functional teams and programs with an aptitude for evolving a commercial excellence ecosystem
Well organized, able to prioritize work, manage time effectively and follow through on commitments
Experience in effective change management techniques and implementation
Experience leading, developing, engaging and influencing across all levels of the organization without direct authority

Knowledge of implementation strategy and approach to ensure mínimal impact to the business and end users
Ability to communicate business and technical information effectively to technical and non-technical people
Confirmed strategic thinking, prioritization, facilitation, decision making and problem solving skills
Experience providing breakthrough insights on business process improvement resulting in quantifiable process improvement and financial benefit to the organization
