**Position**: Senior Business Developer - Cosmetics & Personal Care Pigments, Americas

**Role Objective**:
Chart the course for and spearhead robust sales strategies, driving the vision to achieve top-tier revenue, sales volumes, market dominance, and unparalleled customer satisfaction.
**Key Deliverables**:
- Anchor the Americas sales division, focusing predominantly on the Cosmetics sector.
- Amplify cosmetic and personal care pigment sales, prioritizing Brazil & Mexico.
- Forge and nurture business alliances.
- Streamline indirect sales to SMEs by strengthening distribution networks and forging ties with regional distributors.
- Craft sales blueprints aligned with global visions, ensuring they resonate with an overarching business ethos.
- Collaborate with global headquarters to address technical, commercial, and logístical aspects.
- Implement initiatives to enhance payment efficiency, ensuring adherence to credit terms.
**Qualifications**:
- A decade or more of experience in technical sales or business growth across the Americas, especially Brazil, within the Cosmetics & Personal Care domain.
- Proven track record in selling pigments or specialty raw materials to niche sectors.
