Job Description:
Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert assistance to our customers operating Helibras/Airbus Helicopters aircraft models, primarily the Super Puma family, in Brazil.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Receiving and responding to customer inquiries (mechanics, pilots, or owners) regarding best practices for safe operation;
* Conducting technical visits to understand customer needs and propose solutions;
* Collaborating with Airbus Helicopters on special airworthiness concessions and providing technical data for analysis and assistance.
Requirements:
* Solid experience on Super Puma Family aircraft;
* Experience with incident and accident investigation desirable;
* Aircraft Maintenance Technician (CHT) or Engineering degree;
* Intermediate English proficiency; French desirable;
* Experience in the Airbus Helicopters Heavy Duty line (H225/725 and AS332/532).
