Job Description:
A Customer Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for high-value customers, ensuring timely issue resolution and account satisfaction. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.

Develop and execute tailored success plans to meet customer needs. Monitor customer health, identify potential issues, and proactively address them. Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product.
