Through our recently updated Procurement Strategy LEAP, we are building strong partnerships with stakeholders and suppliers, improving our ways of working and introducing digital tools to ensure that Yara achieves improved security of supply, quality, service, and innovation, while contributing to the Company’s bottom-line and sustainability goals.The Indirect Procurement organization - responsible for the sourcing of Professional Service, Logistics, Maintenance, Packaging, MRO, Technical Service, Equipment, and Digital services - is an essential part of this transformation.We are looking for an ambitious and curious individual who wishes to be part of a diverse procurement team and take responsibility to support Procurement toward world-class procurement. The position will be based in Porto Alegre or Sao Paulo.Responsibilities:Support the development and execution of Procurement Professional Services category strategy, with main focus on benefits (health insurance, private pension), marketing, legal, tax, communication, insurance, branding, travel, hotels.Conduct the achievement of the goals established in the category’s KPI’s/OKR's.Support procurement processes for internal customers to ensure safe operation and delivery.Execute the strategic category sourcing process and be part of sourcing and initiative teams on an event basis.Be a reference in contract negotiations, supplier management, and continuous improvement programs.Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to align expectations and to drive and develop value creation initiatives to deliver business benefits.Drive the best in class sourcing strategies to deliver on Yara’s needs by leveraging data market insights, data analytics, and internal knowledge.Implementation and roll out of the outcomes of the initiatives.Stimulate and challenge areas on innovation and sustainability initiatives.Conduct the business relations with main suppliers and ensure internal stakeholders are managed, maintained, and developed.Qualifications:Bachelor degree in Administration, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.Master in Business Administration (desirable).Good experience within the Procurement environment.Good familiarity with commercial contract law.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Advanced in written and spoken English.Familiarity with TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), LCC (Life Cycle Cost), and Cost Breakdown analysis with understanding of cost drivers.Microsoft Office skills (preferably advanced in Excel), knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP).Talent Acquisition
