**Overview**
In the position as Integration Project Manager, you will deliver an excellent client experience from post-sales through implementation of our products and services to Go Live and immediate post Go Live support.
Working closely with the Client and internal functions of the business, you will set the timeline according to the project scope, support the client in the end-to-end technical integration, and ensure all systems are set according to scope.
You will also be responsible to identify and mitigate risks to Go Live or any other related deliverable.
Clear, timely, professional communication is critical, as well as accurate project tracking and reporting, hosting weekly Client calls, and handing over a well-documented complete Project Package to the Client Support team at closure.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Follow standardized Client integration procedures and implement improvements as needed
- Efficiently lead an integration plan for each new Client opportunity
- Manage multiple Client Integrations at the same time that are in various stages in the pipeline
- Maintain a professional supportive relationship with all departments in the organization
- Track and monitor key integration functions including timeline, certification, live testing, and project closure
- Present an overview of OneSource portal for Clients pre-Go Live
- Maintain a strong personal initiative and ability to execute with mínimal oversight
- Drive projects, establish priorities, and meet critical deadlines
- Assist with PVT for new products
- Manage internal integration projects as needed
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required
- 2+ years of experience in project management, consulting, operations, or other relevant project management experience
- 1+ years of experience with payments or ecommerce
- Excellent project management skillset
- Successful track record of driving results by utilizing consultative skills
- History of building and escalating customer relationships at all levels
- Attention to detail, professional presentation skills and ability to work with complex projects
- Strong organization and communication skills required to effectively work with other areas of the business
- Ability to be flexible and work consistently in a dynamic and changing environment
- Effectively manage and/or triage Implementation related escalations in a timely manner
**Reporting**
- The Integration Project Manager will report to the head of Client Project Integrations
**Location and Travel**
- 50/50 Home/Office located in Sao Paolo
- No route travel expected.
