details, Able to work harmoniously, competently, and effectively even under pressureJOB DESCRIPTION:Acts as Production Officer/Maintenance Supervisor;Assists the Section Head on areas of production equipment maintenance;Ensures proper maintenance and functionality of production machines and its accessories, utilities, building electrical maintenance, and other auxiliaries;Acts as supervisor on the machine operations for mechanized production;Supervises the personnel of the Packing/Repacking Unit and the day-to-day operation of the production area;Develops and recommends packing/repacking of FFPs and stacking plans/layout, systems, processes and procedures;Monitors the submission of tally reports, notations of commodity movement activity in the production area registers, stock and bin cards, among others;Monitors the implementation of the approved production are stocking plans and handles inventory and dispatch of relief commodities for the distribution as per dispatch plans;Supervises the testing procedures of all machines and equipment used in production before, during and after each operation;Prepares and submits reports on the conducted testing of the machines to the Section Head;Prepares and submits reports on the daily machine operations including downtime and troubleshooting made to the Section Head;Monitors the replenishment of raw materials per operation section of the machine as required;Coordinates with the volunteer deployment office on the issues and concerns related to deployed manpower;Performs other tasks may be required from time to
