ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a passionate and experienced National Trainer to lead the Education and Training strategy for Sisley in Brazil.This role is responsible for having a well-qualified staff of Beauty Consultants to represent the brand according to high standards, for developing and delivering training programs that enhance brand knowledge, sales expertise, and service excellence across Retail teams, Beauty Consultants, and internal and external stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the high luxury beauty market, a strong ability to inspire, and a track record of delivering impactful training initiatives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):TRAINING STRATEGY & EXECUTIONDevelop and implement a national training strategy aligned with brand objectives.
Not limited to theoretical sessions, but also includes role-playing, point-of-sale simulations, and live analysis of customer interactions.Conduct in-person, classroom and virtual training sessions for Retail teams, Beauty Consultants, internal and external stakeholders.Personalized support and mentoring: Not only training, but also individualized follow-up with our Beauty Consultants.Ensure all training materials reflect the Sisley's heritage, product expertise, and luxury service standardsRETAIL & SALES ENABLEMENTTrain teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, storytelling, and clienteling to elevate the client experience.Provide coaching on links-selling, cross-selling, and personalized client service strategies.Work closely with commercial teams to translate training into tangible results with sales performance.Ability to create, execute and deliver customer workshops, masterclasses, PR, and media briefings.PRODUCT & SERVICE EXCELLENCEEducate teams on new product launches, seasonal trends, protocols and hero products.Ensure brand DNA and luxury service rituals are consistently delivered across all touchpoints.Evaluation and optimization of the customer experience: Not only measuring training in terms of sales, but also ensuring that the service meets Sisley standards at every touchpoint.Train teams on skincare, hair care, makeup and fragrances.FIELD COACHING & RETAIL VISITSConduct frequent store visits to assess service standards, refine sales techniques, and reinforce product knowledge.Provide individual coaching to key Beauty Consultants, ensuring the consistent delivery of luxury service.Observe live customer interactions, offering real-time feedback and personalized recommendations for improvement.Support major VIP activations, retail events, and masterclasses, ensuring alignment with Sisley's luxury standards.Partner closely with the Sales & Retail teams to align training with business objectives and drive sell-out growth.Implement on-the-floor training sessions, including role-playing exercises and service simulations to enhance execution at the point of sale.COLLABORATION & REPORTINGCreate a solidary and cooperative atmosphere by means of teambuilding and team motivation measures in close collaboration with the Representatives and the Sales Director;Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Retail teams to ensure training aligns with overall business strategy.Analyze training impact through KPIs such as sell out growth, transactions, traffic rate, average ticket, productivity, mystery shopping results, and client satisfaction.Provide reports and insights to leadership on training effectiveness and opportunities.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:5+ years of experience in Training & Education within the luxury industry, preferable luxury beauty brand.Outstanding public speaking presentation skills with an engaging and inspiring presence.Deep knowledge of luxury retail, customer experience, and high-touch service standards.Distinct experience in coaching and developing teams to drive sales performance.Ability to create and deliver training programs across multiple channels (in-person, digital, e-learning, etc).Travel frequently for store visits, events, and regional training sessions.English fluency is mandatory (will be tested), French is a plus.WHY JOIN US?Be part of the most iconic high luxury beauty brand with a strong heritage and global presence.Work in a dynamic and creative environment where innovation meets tradition.Lead impactful training initiatives that elevate retail excellence and customer experience.Enjoy competitive benefits, professional development, and growth opportunities.
