The Seller Marketing LATAM team is building a team to accelerate new seller acquisition through the Outbound channel. As the leader of this team, you will partner with sales, product, and marketing stakeholders to create and manage a team of Outbound Lead Generation specialists. You will lead teams to acquire and convert leads through partners, ads, events, and the website, among other marketing channels. The team will qualify and actively engage those leads in a high-volume, outbound lead generation environment for Brazil, converting leads into Amazon sellers and supporting them through the Registration, Verification, and Listing process. The role will also own analytics and lead qualification cells for these acquisition channels.
This is an exciting role as you will build the processes and the whole team, leading a large new team. Your success will be measured by building a results-driven team that attains activity-based metrics and qualifies new business leads to meet seller acquisition goals. To ensure the team's success, you will manage lead sources and qualification processes, build dashboards to monitor activities and pipeline, monitor calls and other engagement channels to improve conversion and response times, assess new seller benefits and incentives, identify training opportunities, and make recommendations that include business insights and process improvements among other initiatives.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Define, prioritize, and plan the execution of strategic marketing initiatives for 3P Marketing's outbound channels, including venda.amazon.com.br.
2. Create and lead the team responsible for executing both lead acquisition and conversion plans. Develop scalable processes and training to ramp up the team quickly.
3. Operate like a GM with an owner's mindset throughout the lead lifecycle. You will be responsible for understanding and leveraging the full marketing toolkit available to reach our business goals.
4. Develop, own, and track organizational goals, as defined through the Operational Planning (OP) process. Communicate progress and work with teams on dependent programs. Ensure delivery of assigned organizational goals. Schedule and secure resources and manage cross-functional teams to deliver these goals.
5. Run experiments to learn and improve results.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
2. Experience managing teams.
3. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
4. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
5. Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders.
2. Experience in e-commerce, digital products, or entertainment industries.
