Responsibilities
Strategic Development:
* Transform the results of intelligence activity into strategic knowledge for the company;
* Define and implement long-term business, portfolio and products strategies to increase market share and improve competitiveness;
* Develop paths to reduce costs and increase revenues for the company;
* Determines the appropriate approach for pursuing the development plan and tracking its implementation and
* Strong ability to articulate company value proposition.
Innovation and Product Development:
* Contribute to the definition of product roadmaps, ensuring that new solutions are aligned with market needs.
* Focus on value-based selling and position the differentiation of Cittati in a way that clearly shows our customers what they will receive for their commitments to us
* Understand a customer's current and future needs and determine an appropriate solution to those needs
Market Analysis:
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and threats in the public transport sector.
* Assessing the business models to be followed in order to gain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics;
* Carrying out business intelligence activities through, for example, the collection and analysis of information concerning the market, sales channels and competitors, the acquisition from customers of elements revealing their level of satisfaction and present and future needs, the interrogation of databases, Internet searches, the cataloguing of press articles, professional reports.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, public authorities and other stakeholders in the transport sector, maintaining a customer-centric attitude
Internal Collaboration:
* Work closely with product, marketing, strategic and sales teams to ensure offerings are aligned with market needs.
* Conceiving new outreach strategies with our marketing team to drive engagement
Performance Monitoring:
* Analysing business performance metrics and adapting strategies to optimise results.
Reporting:
* Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on progress, opportunities and challenges

Qualifications
