Job Responsibilities:
Independently support the business through problem solving, consultation, system enhancements, process improvement and new development.
Design, develop and maintain solutions considering User Centered Design (UCD), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Enterprise Architecture Mandates, Supportability and Reliability.
Develop a deep understanding of the business and related IT solutions and components.
Manage business needs/expectations while balancing technical requirements, capabilities and commonality.
Develop and maintain working relationship with key business custodians/owners.
Collaborate with other IT colleagues to maintain system integrity and integration.
Develop working relationship with key vendors to influence their solutions.
Stay current on industry and technology trends related to Operations area and keep business and IT management up to date
Nice to have skillsets:
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Working knowledge of Agile Frameworks (i.e.
Scrum and KANBAN)
