We are looking for a Business Analyst to ensure the successful delivery of development projects by bridging communication between stakeholders and development teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, a strong analytical approach, and the ability to optimize processes for high-quality project execution.
Your main tasks will be:
Collect, analyze, and document product and project requirements for development.
Coordinate workflows between developers, designers, QA teams, and other departments to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Communicate with business stakeholders to gather insights and translate their needs into actionable technical specifications.
Create and maintain project documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, and business process diagrams.
Monitor project progress, ensure alignment with requirements, and manage changes and priority adjustments when necessary.
Participate in project planning and estimation, recommending improvements for processes and product quality.
Facilitate the integration of developed solutions into the company's existing systems and workflows.
Provide analytical insights and reports to support development teams and stakeholders.
Mentor and guide team members on best practices in data and process analysis.
