Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Marketing Manager Pork will plan, build and deliver the marketing strategy for products and services and associated brands.
In this role, you will lead the marketing activities of the organization and assess customer needs to suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.
Key Accountabilities
Select and execute priority projects together with SMT, sales and other teams while also managing global brands and solutions.
Effectively communicate relevant information to key stakeholders within the organization and lead through influence.
Develop and implement consistent marketing strategies and communicate relevant market information to key (internal and external) stakeholders, enabling them to achieve their business goals, as well as support local teams to develop strategic marketing expertise and capabilities.
Provide media planning, analytics and strategy, including return on investment evaluation and digital marketing analytics and strategy.
Monitor and execute brand licensing and TMs to expand brand presence in key geographies.
Identify key customer segments and channels as it pertains to global brands and develop specific marketing strategies as needed
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Fluent in English (speak, read, write)
Ability to travel up to 20% Preferred Qualifications
Two years of supervisory experience
Ability to quickly build and cultivate professional relationships and develop a diverse and inclusive network.
