**Eaton is looking for a **Sr. Analyst HR **at our **Valinhos - SP** plant to join our team.
**
**She/He will be responsible for**:
Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness, Internal Communication process, Talent Acquisition, Recognition and Rewards practices, Inclusion and Diversity, and also Continuous Improvement programs and initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Employ coaching, consulting and facilitation skills to influence behavior and business decisions compliance with Eaton Values and Philosophy.
- Manage Training and Development needs and support areas in the recruitment and selection process, since the profile alignment, interviews, process tracking, salary proposal, and hiring.
Manage Direct and Indirect positions and also Manager and Salaried positions too.
- Lead the process of Talent Management and calibration for potencial talents and succession plan process for all labor category.
- Participate in operations monthly meetings as HR representative.
- Drive HR indicators analysis across the Business.
- Identify communication needs and implementation, keeping the alignment with Corporate guidance.
- Coordinate HR Projects aligned with Business needs and results;
- Manage continuous improvement program for employees.
Conduct kaizen, focus group and business process improvement together managers.
- Manage Employee Survey Cycle.
- Participate in I&D Committees as HR Representative.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience required for the position**:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Public Relations, Business Administration or other degree related to area.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Training and Development, Communication and Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness;
- Advanced English language;
- Advanced Excel, Power Point and video maker skills;
- Knowledge on development tools like talent assessment, coaching, mentoring, etc;
- Knowledge on problem solving or improvement tools is a plus;
- Verbal and writting communication, planning and efficiency.
Analytical skill to analyze metrics results and propose solutions / improvements.
