At Directa24 we are looking for a a **self-motivated Customer Support Specialist**, to add value to our Customer Support team.
The main objective **is support our final client (consumers) and provide a solution to them**.
If you like to work in a fast-paced environment and are full of **challenges** this is the place for you!
What you will be doing:
- Analyze their cases and give them a solution.
- Follow the resolution until the end.
- Ticket Resolution - E-mail.
- Identify, escalate and solve technical problems together with the necessary team, IT, operations, finance..
**Requirements**:
- Proven working experience as a Customer Support Agent (call center environment is a plus).
- English advanced and Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferably.
- Excel skills - intermediate.
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Proactive, teamwork, and service orientated attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure.
This is a full-time 100% remote position!
