The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large, multi-disciplinary teams, with experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, brand management, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic oversight for the development and execution of the group-wide marketing strategy
* Define and refine brand positioning across multiple markets for each brand/company
* Oversee marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, retargeting, remarketing and retention
* Lead market research and consumer insights initiatives to understand our industry, products, customers, and competitive landscapes
* Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse, high-performing multi-disciplinary marketing team
