The LATAM On Premise Distribution & Key Account Manager is responsible for developing the regional strategy and ensuring its execution in Latin America. The role focuses on expanding availability, enhancing execution standards, and driving commercial success with highly strategic accounts that have a LATAM presence.In close collaboration with local teams, distributors, and Key Accounts, this person will align commercial priorities, define clear execution frameworks, and ensure RedBull’s positioning and availability support business objectives in the region. Frequent interaction with HQ is essential to translate global strategy into regional action, ensuring LATAM remains at the forefront of best practices, innovation, and strategic alignment.This position requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, structured planning, and cross-market coordination, empowering local teams to execute with impact while maintaining consistency throughout the region.
